Enjoy a fully contactless experience. At the main entrance you will find the reception, where we will welcome and assist you with anything you may need.

The Agora
Downstairs you will also find our big living room space and kitchen. It is the perfect spot to read, taste a delicious coffee from our partner “Good News” or simply meet other Citytrotters like yourself.
It is ideal for digital nomads who are looking for a surf hostel in San Sebastián, as they can spend some hours of the day with their notebooks in The Agora and then catch some waves in Zurriola Beach.
It is equipped with all the mod cons you need to make the most of your time.

Lockers
Between the bathrooms and the Agora you will find the locker area. They all come with a smart lock powered by Goki. Simply type the code you have been given upon check-in and get access to your own, secure and spacious locker.
Citytrotters can go out to explore the city and leave their backpacks, their skates or their wetsuits safely secured in their hostel.

Access, reception & bathrooms
The access to our hostel is a fully contactless experience, let yourself in and join the fun. At the main entrance you will find the reception, where we will assist you with any doubt you might have. Just past reception you have two bathrooms, one of them with a private shower. Downstairs you can find the shower area with two more bathrooms.

Kitchen
Going past the shower area and the lockers you get to the kitchen. Equipped with a microwave, a fridge, dishwasher and a really special coffee spot in collaboration with Good News. From the kitchen you have direct access to the Ágora, a series of stands to just chill out.

Security & lockers
Your casita includes access to a locker with the same number where you can store whatever you need.
How we operate

Check-in time from 2pm to 6pm
Scan your ID / Passport in our kiosk at the entrance. You will immediately receive the codes you need to get around the hostel. The Colo Colo team will be there to assist you.
Check-out time until 11am
Complete your check-out online, follow few simple steps and you are done. If you wish to continue trotting the city we can store your luggage until 6pm.
